As Analyzify, we are extremely diligent with our product and customer support process, as can be proven by our reviews. However, because our product requires a one-time-fee and our support team invests a lot of time and effort into the onboarding & setup process, we are also aware that this process can be open to exploitation. Hence, we cannot offer any free trials or refunds, and appreciate your understanding.
There can be exceptions for some cases where our product doesn't exactly match your needs, which will be evaluated by our product team.
